It's weekend & I decided to do something child like . Started building a house out of "THE YOUNG ARCHITECT" blocks which were gifted to me for my 10th birthday! ( Yes , I keep things carefully!!) 😇

Filled with excitement akin to a 10 year old , I carefully laid out a blueprint of the desired house in my mind palace ( Sherlock fan 😉)& began with gusto ! But I made the layman error of not paying proper attention to the surface area required for a sturdy construction.

There went my initial efforts in vain as I saw the house crashing like a bowling ball hitting skittles !!! 🙄
I reworked & this time ensured my unwavering attention to the base ,gradually building the house. Basically just going with the flow, enjoying myself immensely.

There’s a lot we can do about the #genderpaygap. Here’s a start. 1. Better value the work done in highly feminised occupations. Workers in the health and care professions perform enormously skilled and economically important work. They are underpaid. #paythemmore 1/
2. Organisation leaders should undertake a gender pay #audit to diagnose #genderpaygap drivers. @wgea has great resources for this. Because this is such a pervasive problem, there will be issues, be open to that and #actonthedata 2/

In August 2018, foreign exchange reserves with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) stood at $10bn. Pak borrowed $3bn from SaudiArabia and $2bn from UAE. As of March 8, 2019, foreign exchange reserves with the SBP stood at $8bn. Still they are in talks with IMF to get $12bn more.
By Jan2019, the accumulated stock of circular debt had soared to Rs1.4 trillion. For the record, the PTI govt added Rs260billion in 137 days. The PTI govt is adding Rs2bn a day every day of the year (a few years ago, the same figure was Rs1bn a day). ((Rs is PKR currency))
