der zahnärztliche kollege gibt an, dass er der patientin für eine wurzelbehandlung lidocain appliziert und dann nochmal kurz den behandlungsraum verlassen habe. die ZFA habe ihn nach wenigen minuten gerufen, da das gesicht der patientin angeschwollen sei. (2/16)
die schwellung imponiert vor allem in der unteren gesichtshälfte und an den lippen. die zunge ist nur leicht geschwollen. wir hören einen inspiratorischen stridor. die atemfrequenz liegt bei 18/min. das pulsoxy zeigt eine SpO2 von 96% und eine herzfrequenz von 110 bpm. an. (3/16)
