I calculated the % of recommended nutrient intakes for adults on a #EATLancet planetary health diet using global aggregated food composition data. It falls short on iron, calcium, and especially zinc. We urgently need a sustainable food system but cannot ignore nutrient adequacy. 
Deficiencies in many of these micronutrients are widespread globally, even in high-income countries like the US and UK, where 30–50% of women 15–49 have at least one micronutrient deficiency.

The top sources of priority micronutrients are organs, dark green leafy vegetables, mollusks, fish with bones, crustaceans, ruminant meat, eggs, and dairy.

TLDR: we projected that ~88% of the 20,000 #species we looked at will lose habitat to farmland by 2050, and ~1300 will lose 25% (a QUARTER!) of their remaining habitat. This is #badnews and could hugely increase #extinction risks. 2/ nature.com/articles/s4189…

Not sure how peer-reviewers were able to evaluate the environmental impact scenarios in the #EATLancet paper, as the manuscript itself is pretty skimpy on quantitative details, as is the supplementary materials. For example, below is what the authors reference for assumed #GHGs
But, if you check references 4,5,9, and 10 in supplementary appendix, no way those refs are referring to this information.
Maybe main manuscript references? Seems unlikely except for the Tilman & Clark reference.
