It affects our capabilities to be happy, our kids see this and emulate us. Nothing can work for you if your attitude is poor. Change your attitude and you change your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, experience and life!
Sometimes we wonder why abundance doesn’t flow into our life? It is mainly because we have no faith or belief, or its our own mindset and attitude! The more that people expect free stuff, the less abundance flows into their life.
Change your mentality and attitude and experience the abundance that flows into an open heart!
When we constantly bargain, complain, feel entitled, or chase free stuff, we block abundance! Live with an attitude of abundance and not lack! An abundant attitude will attract abundance and an attitude of lack will attract lack.
Life is not against you, it’s with you! Circumstances and situations may not be in your favour, but life is not against you. Don’t build the belief and mindset, it’s very limiting!
Don’t waste the day, don’t waste the opportunity to be alive, to contribute, to express yourself, share, give love, reflect love, be kind, help someone! Everyday on this planet is a miracle, have gratitude, have intention, have an amazing day!

Your thoughts, feelings and emotions impact your biology! If your emotions can bring such a physical and mental change in you, you now know how it’s impacting your genes at a cellular level too! When they say genetic most people give up like there is nothing to do.
Don’t imitate and copy people mindlessly as a shortcut. Use your uniqueness to evolve, copying is easy and shallow. Have faith in your uniqueness and evolve. The weak find easy ways out, the strong grow through challenges.
It’s amazing to learn from others, we all do. We learn from others but be aware of people who copy and imitate mindlessly. Stealing people’s work and ideas as a short cut because they can’t do it on their own.
This will always happen but always know there are all kinds of people out there, and the strong will grow through failure and difficulty and the weak will blatantly copy and have a short term success.
At the fast pace of our lives, and in a time that we are so switched on or wired, that switching off and relaxing are not luxuries, they are necessities!!
Exhaustion, time poverty and sleep depression are worn as badges of honour today! It ain’t normal or cool just because society has normalised it, it’s highly abnormal!!
Burn our doesn’t give you a prize, but it indicates that you have neglected all of you! There ain’t anything cool about that. Never feel guilty or apologetic, about taking rest or relaxing.
Fundamentals of prayer - What makes your prayer more powerful and effective? Pray with faith, belief and then surrender! Your prayer doesn’t have to be scripted. It could be you simply conversing with the higher power.
Pray anytime in the day, multiple times in the day, can be a few seconds or can be as long as you want.
Pray with consistency - Make it a habit and lifestyle! Don’t just pray when your life is in turmoil. Once you’ve prayed with intention, faith and belief, surrender peacefully. Don’t try and do the higher power work and micromanage all hat you prayed for. Surrender!
People say I need to escape.. Escape from what ? The pain, unworthiness, anger, guilt, hatred, hurt, envy etc. Wherever it is you to go escape, the same negative feelings go with you.
You can numb them, you can drug them, you can create distraction from them, but they will still go with you and live in you no matter what. At some point you need to face them, embrace them, go through them. Make that time now so you can be free! Escaping is a temporary route.
Everything is within you, to control you, society and media encourages you to look outwards. You become a puppet over time! Look outward was much as you need to but be grounded inside. All power and potential and healing happens from within.
