I was admitted into hospital with my weight down to 28kgs, from 38kgs just months before.

Westernization of diet w/⬇️fiber (e.g., ⬇️fruits & vegetables) is a possible risk factor to IBD. As development of IBD is complex, diet alone, however is not the sole risk factor of IBD.

South Asians, particularly in the diaspora, have an ethical and moral responsibility to speak about the genocidal situations for Hindus and other minorities in Pakistan. It’s not enough to say #SouthAsiansForBlackLives and then ignore a genocidal tragedy in your backyard.
