Für Notwehr nach § 32 StGB muss u.a.
1. ein rechtswidriger Angriff (Nötigung) vorliegen und
2. die Notwehr geboten also nicht Rechtsmissbräuchlich sein.
Die Nötigung § 240 StGB kann, muss aber nicht scheitern, wenn ein Gericht den Protestmittel nicht als "verwerflich" ansieht.
