C’est un échec historique du Parlement européen, à l’heure où il faudrait plus de sobriété, solidarité et un déploiement des énergies renouvelables.

Dans le cadre de notre campagne contre le #greenwashing de l'#EUTaxonomy, nous avons voulu savoir : quel serait le bénéfice pour la Russie si le gaz et le nucléaire obtenaient le label vert de l'UE ?
Même avec des estimations prudentes, les résultats sont sidérants. Les entreprises 🇷🇺 pourraient gagner 4 milliards d'€ de + par an grâce au gaz et bénéficier d'une partie des 500 milliards générés par l’expansion de la capacité nucléaire de l’UE.

Als russische Truppen Anfang März das Kernkraftwerk #Saporischschja in der Ukraine beschossen, ging ein Schock um die Welt. Der ausgelöste Brand konnte gerade noch unter Kontrolle gebracht werden.

Der Angriff auf Saporischschja war nicht der erste Militärangriff auf eine Atom-Anlage. Ähnliches ist bereits zuvor geschehen und es wird mit ziemlicher Sicherheit wieder passieren, solange es Atomkraft und nukleare Bedrohungen gibt. ⬇️

First, #EnergySufficiency measures (in plain English: stop wasting energy) are by far the best. Quick to implement. Efficient. Cost-effective. They should become a national security priority and give ideas for people to tangibly #StandWithUkraine in those dark days.
Second, #EnergyEfficiency targeting oil/gas heating buildings is a must. It however takes time to be rolled-out to significantly impact our dependence. All the more reason to start now!
