Therapy Tips for #Empaths: to stop absorbing other people energy 👉🏻1. Say "no" with conviction 2. Let go of the 'energy' that does not serve you 3. Don't say yes when it's hurting you 4. Get rid of ALL negative energy in your life 5. Learn how to protect and raise your #energy
6. Surround yourself with high frequency people 7. Say "NO" to peer pressure 8. Say "NO" to ALL manipulative people 9. Spend time alone everyday 10. Be selective with who you share your energy with, the places you got to, what you watch & who you listen to #shielding
11. Ask yourself "how is this individual, this place, this song, this program, this group helping me grow and evolve? Helping me bring physical spiritual wellness to me?" If it's not, get rid of it #selfdefence

A very high % of my own physician colleagues in India 🇮🇳have contracted COVID w/ mild symptoms, and many died: anesthesiologist, surgeon, dermatologist and interns fresh out of medical school, (median age 40 yrs).

1. We need to stay socially distanced from everyone.
But that's not possible on footpaths when people won't give wheelchair users space. So that means wheelwalks aren't possible here where space is limited

This was in our Shielding letter Dec 20. But has been dropped now that Govt want to open up and not support shielders. scientists and medical experts say we need to stay safe until fully vaccinated so most will continue.

The main info page on who is classed as extremely clinically vulnerable, what shielding means, etc. BUT there is no info here on what it means for them in terms of staged plan, back to work, school, etc. So follow rest of thread: gov.uk/government/pub… /2
This content basically explains that the new guidance announced by PM on Sunday the 10th does NOT apply to those in the extremely clinically vulnerable group who should continue to follow shielding advice as usual until end of June/further notice. /3
