I am currently in #Singapore. And it is so impressive to see a good #Covid19outbreak response in action. What is most apparent is the appearance of #individual actions and #socialresponsiblity. From up2date screening questions @ the airport, hotel, & other communal places 1/3
to no handshaking, available hand sanitizer in public places, & temperature taking in hotels (more for reassurance than effectiveness). The communication on Singaporean TV and news outlets is informative and not sensationalist & this has a positive effect on residents 2/3
From Taxi drives to restaurant servers, Singaporeans seem proud of their government and speak sensibly about #Covid19 and the current global situation. The lesson I take away: A well informed population that trusts experts & their government is key to combating fake news 3/3
