Existing methods aim to predict expression of individual genes from #WSIs but ignore any inter-dependencies in expression across genes. We show that it is typically not possible to predict expression of a single gene due to such codependencies as shown in fig for a group of genes
To formalize this, we first used mutual information to identify groups of genes whose expression in breast cancer patients are significantly inter-dependent and form the basis of important cancer and biological pathways and can be used for precision medicine.

A methodological subtlety has previously led to overestimated positional errors of the morphogen gradients in the mouse neural tube. We reanalysed the noisy gradients and found that the positional information they can convey to cells is actually orders of magnitude more precise.
Also, morphogen gradients in differently sized tissues must not be pooled and rescaled to their mean length, or else an artificial positional error is added.

Ante la decisión judicial el @MinPublicoven ejerció la apelación con efecto de suspensión de la medida de arresto domiciliario, pero el recurso no fue tramitado.
Por lo que la imputada quedó en la práctica en libertad y se le considera fugitiva. Ahora procuran su recaptura.

Comenzaremos con el término ERROR, es la diferencia entre el valor medido de una magnitud y el valor considerado como valor real o de referencia. El error no es conocido. #error
INCERTIDUMBRE: parámetro que nos indica la dispersión de los valores atribuidos a una magnitud. Este parámetro es conocido. #incertidumbre (Este es mi día a día cuando me pregunta el camarero qué quiero de beber... y ante la incertidumbre...al final acabo pidiendo agua)
