On "knowledge barriers" in particular, public opinion on exploitation of their medical records is pretty well-mapped and consistent; asking slightly different questions to elicit the answers you'd like ain't gonna help much. (And asking 'em *during a pandemic* is redundant.)

I wonder, how many DO NOT come forward with ethics concerns in Oregon, for the simple fact- they are not given any semblance of protection? Doing so.
