2) याचा विचार करत नाही . या Rent चे % ज्याला आपण Rental Yield म्हणतो ते 2 ते 3% दरम्यान असते म्हणजे महागाई पेक्षा खुप कमी . म्हणून स्वत: राहण्यासाठी एक घर घ्या पण फक्त rent भेटण्यासाठी दुसरे घर कधीच घेऊ नका . 
3) हे ते 2 ते 3% Rental Yield ही जर तुम्ही cash ने घर घेतले असते त्याची आहे. जर तुम्ही loan काढून दुसरे घर घेतले असते तर मुद्दल आणि व्याज पकडून घराची Rental Yield 3% पेक्षाही खुप कमी येते .
