Termino de contar lo que adelanté ayer. El libro ya está escaneado (¡sí!) por el scanner en V de @BiblioHack (proyecto de @mbutel y @derechoaleer) y después de muchoooos meses desde empezar a pensarlo ya existe como archivo PDF. Así se ve la versión "liviana". Sigue.
Y, claro, eso permite pasar del papel a lo digital y por ende a poder hacer cosas que hasta ahora solo nos imaginábamos. Como buscar en un segundo todas las recetas con, por ejemplo, "esparragos", copiar, pegar y hacer lo que querramos. Acá un caso de esta ensalada:
