I cant control what is going on around me I can however control how I react to it I can either stress over something I simply cant do anything about wasting time and my emotional energy, or I can radically accept the current situation, accept the present moment without judgement,
It is what it is.🧘♀️I can engage in mindfulness activities to calm my racing thoughts and help that anxiety ease. For me being barefoot is my grounding technique. It brings me peace. ☮
