Been a while since I finished a book in one sitting but #ThinkAgain by @AdamMGrant was that good. A thread with some of my key takeaways:
#Confidence is a measure of how much you believe in yourself versus your methods. You can be confident in your ability to achieve a goal in the future while maintaining the humility to question whether you have the right tools in the present. That's the sweet spot of confidence.
We should strive to attain confident humility: having faith in our capability while appreciating that we may not have the right solution or even be addressing the right problem - giving us enough doubt to re-examine our old knowledge and enough confidence to pursue new insights.
I'm going to gather all these vaccine deaths reports and create a thread within my feed ..

Recommended by @shawnachor in The Happiness Advantage. Loved that book so got intrigued. Convinced by the reviews and the volume of research done by the two writers to put this together. Also happened to be reading the Instagram book and was primed to know more about networks.
I am a United fan so isnโt surprising I bought it. But itโs been lying around for years. I never bothered because I thought I knew everything already. I finally decided to read this after I finished reading 3 books on Brian Clough. More interested to read about the Aberdeen years
