AG: In all 63 bridges in the State need minor and major repairs. Over 27 bridges have been repaired and some 36 plus bridges are yet to be repaired.

Amicus: There was a query by this court as to how the private contractor allowed to use the bridge despite there being no approval by the General Board, Morbi Nagar Palika. Till now no proper answer is given.

Bench of Chief Justice Aravind Kumar and Justice Ashutosh J Shastri had last week ordered the State govt to place on record the entire agreement between Morbi Nagar Palika and private contractor for upkeep of the bridge.

The FIR in #MorbiBridge collapse mentions no names of contractor who was awarded repairs contract.

Oreva, the contractor is a Rs 800 crore Ajanta clock manufacturing company without any construction experience.

Oreva which started manufacturing Ajanta clocks in #Morbi shifted factory to Shenzen in China laying off over 10,000 workers.

Bizarrely the same company was awarded repairs and maintenance contract of #MorbiBridge 😳

#Morbi collector had refused contract to Oreva apparently but a phone call from Gandhinagar forced contract to be awarded to the company.

This points to political responsibility of #MorbiTragedy

Within 2 days of #marsretrograde and #Stationary motion we have seen two incidents, first it was #KoreaStampede then #MorbiBridge collapse yesterday.

In both incidents Mars was in close influence under Moon, & Further Venus & sun moving closer toward South node ketu.

An interesting point in both incidents is people were Roming out for some light chill out that can be seen clearly via close association of Venus, sun & mercury in libra ( Gathering place) having 10th aspect of Saturn.

Mars/Sat 6th/8th relationship also was there.

Until 14th of November this association will be there so avoid social gatherings in crowded places as Sun, Venus & Mercury move closer to South node along with Mars, Saturn will be in 6th & 8th relationship - So erratic rainfalls & these social mishaps would disturb harmony
