Can we #GetReal about mental health for a minute?

Even before this pandemic, Saskatchewan people were experiencing acute #mentalhealth challenges. Our province has among the highest suicide rates in the country.
So many in our province struggle with addictions, poverty, and other issues that impact our #mentalhealth.

Throw a pandemic on top of that, and we have more people than ever who are dealing with depression and anxiety.
It shouldn’t take a pandemic for Saskatchewan to start putting resources into #mentalhealth in our communities.

This week is CMHA Mental Health Week, and I’d like to ask you to do three things:

Many Ontarians are experiencing heightened anxiety and depression during these challenging times. Services like @ConnexOntario, Good2Talk, @KidsHelpPhone and BounceBack offer supports online, virtually and by phone.
To support these programs and services during a time when physical distancing is necessary for the health and safety of all Ontarians, our government is providing up to $12 million to expand online and virtual mental health supports. #MentalHealthWeek

It took a lot of pain and courage to even bring myself to write about the last 2 months of torture I have suffered at the hands of R.N. Podar School Authorities @rnpodarschool
I have been teaching psychology (Part –Time) for last 14 years at Khar Campus of R.N. Podar. In June’ 19, I was told by Nitika Bajaj (Head Mistress) @nitikabajaj20 teach at their Powai Campus. Mrs Avnita Bir @avnita (Principal Director) wanted to hire a new teacher for #Powai
but it was Nitika who suggested to Bir that Pallavi should be teaching at Powai campus.

As Nitika discussed the new opportunity, she mentioned that Avnita Bir had figured out my remuneration
