At today's fixed rates of 4.5% & a 30 year amortization, a 750k house with 20% down will give approximately a $3000 per month mortgage. Currently, there are ZERO houses in Markham available for 750k.

Myself and a band of volunteers started markhamvaccinates.com late February when we realized that asking seniors to navigate an online system to book their appointments is going to be painful. /2
The BIGGEST problem we have now is "Policy by Press Conference", with absolutely NO tangible information for anyone to look up online. This leads people to jump to conclusions and get really excited at the prospect that they are next up in line. /3
