The unveiling of the Mi-24P-1M #Mi24P1M attack helicopter by UAC & KRET at #MAKS2019 #MAKS19 could trigger introspection on the part of @IAF_MCC in view of the budgetary constraints that stand in the way of further AH-64E procurement.

The aircraft was unveiled on the ground at the start of the #MAKS19 show today and took to the skies around 2:30 PM flying in a formation of four.
The most impressive maneuver that the aircraft performed today was a sustained hover with zero vertical and horizontal speeds. Followed by a very controlled and lazy tail slide during which I wondered if the pilot would power up and reverse the tail slide! He didn't.
