Previously, migrant workers in Saudi Arabia were required to be sponsored by an employer to work in the country. They had to seek the permission of their employer to change jobs, open a bank account, travel out of the country and do other administrative tasks. 3/18

Some migrant workers paid 550 USD to reserve plane tickets back to Ethiopia from #Lebanon via the Ethiopian embassy. Many have been waiting for 2 months to leave.
Others are now being asked for 1100 USD (flight + quarantine cost in Ethiopia).

El hecho trae la situación infrahumana y de esclavitud en la que trabajan los obreros. No hay libertad sindical, no hay salario mínimo y no hay ningún sistema de control para garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas laborales. Hay casos de torturas y abusos de todo tipo.

Traditionnellement pour un substitut du #procureur être affecté au service civil du parquet était (est ?) une reconnaissance de compétences #juridiques et professionnelles. Certains espéraient (espèrent ?) y être nommés. #teamjuriste #teamENM
Au civil, le rôle du #procureur est comme au #pénal d'être gardien du #droit et de l'intérêt général mais aussi de l'ordre public international. Il peut proposer aux #juges des orientations de la #jurisprudence. Le procureur reflet de la société et ses évolutions
