यह मोदी सरकार की छवि धूमिल करने का प्रयास है,गौर करिए,पिछले नौ सालो में यह पहली बार नहीं है कि जब संसद का सत्र चल रहा हो और चीन कोई हरकत ना करे ,जब भी महत्वपूर्ण बिल पारित होने होते हैं, तब ही अचानक चीन हरकत करता है और पूरा विपक्ष संसद सत्र स्थगित करने की मांग कर देता है।
