The distribution of symptoms reported over time was similar as others have found. The figure (a new additional from the original pre-print) displays the freq of symptoms reported over 9 months among those wih a long covid diagnosis vs. no diagnosis.
#LongCovid symptoms interfered with both the ability to work and affected leisure activities in about half of those with LC. This very, very slowly decreased over time.

As a combo blinded trial (FLV + inhaler), which one had benefit? Hard to know. In activ-6, we did not observe a benefit of inhaled fluticasone in a double blind RCT, yet UK Principle did see a benefit in open label trial with budesonide.
Importantly the #fluvoxamine dose studied here was 100mg 2x/day.
Covid-out and activ-6 both confirmed a lack of benefit of 50mg 2x/day dose.

2/ I got COVID November 2020. Night 1 I had the most excruciating headache of my life. It felt as if someone was drilling into my forehead. The headache dissipated after 2 days only to return day 13. Initially I had some minor brain fog, like putting Ice Cream in the fridge etc
3/ I never lost my sense of taste or smell. I had a minor fever/body aches for 24 hours. Day 4, I started having heart rate issues. I would be resting on the couch and get up to walk to the bathroom and my heart rate would jump to 130.

Ah oui, au cas où ne saviez pas : Gilead était déjà de la partie lors de la grippe H1N1 en 2009 (en partenariat avec Roche). Déjà à l'époque les essais cliniques du médicament étaient assez spéciaux, et ce n'était pas complotiste de le dire.

Ignoring benefit of effective cheap, repurposed drugs like #fluvoxamine that slash death rate is a crime that is clearly driven by the push to sell expensive, new patented drugs that aren’t out yet. All pts shld be able to try repurposed drugs that can save them.
In March 2021, @60Minutes did a piece abt the life-saving benefits of #fluvoxamine. What happened to it after that, you ask? @IDSAInfo recommended against its widespread use outside of clinical trials!
