After a very successful experience with #virtualinterviews, I thought I would create a little #tweetorial for my #MedEd colleagues looking for some tips and tricks on how to convey your program’s best assets virtually. From your friendly #urogyn team @OHSUSOM 1/ 
My biggest piece of advice is to make all of your interactions intentional. Come up with a game plan for how and what you want to showcase. For us, it was important to convey a spirit of collegiality that (I think) is our program’s greatest strength. 2/
We started our mission by sending individualized emails to each interviewee from one faculty member and one fellow four weeks prior to the scheduled interview. This served to 1️⃣ open lines of communication 2️⃣ begin to introduce our program and #PDX. 3/
