- background distractions (pets, clutter)
- body language / movement that doesn't translate well to camera

- mirror your learner's environment
- disable notifications and/or set up an separate account on your laptop for teaching
- consider your background image & desktop files

Any #Edutech Company want to develop the following idea? (#LMS #coaching #startup). The goal is to develop a Culture of Collaboration by implementing Focus Group activity driven #Learning over #Orator based traditional #teaching approach. This is also to discourage
the orator based #DesignThinking #Workshops and make it more participatory. The idea is that, one person will use the #app over screen sharing & others will take down behavioral notes. But unfortunately people forget to take notes & stare at the screen following the user. So I
think a timer is required that fades out the screen if anyone is idle beyond 10 sec. Also everyone should write in the same chat window but later should be able to segregate chats by name to view each other's perspective. #investor #usability #ux #product
