Thus, it is essential that we improve our eating habits. We should focus more on eating #sattvic food. One must not eat #tamasik food. The food which we eat is digested and utilised throughout the body. Thus, what we eat is what we think and do.
🪷One must always avoid non vegetarian food. It is ruled by Rahu. If we eat non veg, our thinking starts getting tamasik. I have observed the one who eats non vegetarian food has a strong influence of Rahu. Person is materialistic, egoistic and fake.
