1. The most obvious one

I started side hustling.

It started from short gigs like a quick statement of purpose for $150 to bigger ones like website copy and LinkedIn ghostwriting.

After I saw that I can sustain the $$$$, I quit.
2. OWN your negotiations

An Upwork client agreed to an 80% higher rate.
A co-founder agreed to pay me to mention their articles.

You can get a lot by doing this one thing - asking.

The worst answer is 'no'. Is that really so bad?

1. Little bit every day

I hit the gym right before going to uni every day.

This helped me make exercising a habit and not a chore.

Also helped me sleep better as I wouldn’t party until late so I can wake up to hit the gym.
🙌🏼 Pro Tips:

• 30min of anything > 2h of burning out
• doing it happily > cribbing

With the Thanksgiving holiday, there's a lot to be thankful for this week.

One thing on top of my mind is all the fantastic people I've met on Twitter this year.

Here's a mega thread 🧵 thanking each person.

So, in no particular order, here I go:
Andrew (@heyandrewc), thank you for connecting with me.

I've applied the tips you share on audience growth and relate to your funny tweets about being a parent.

If I didn't meet you, I may not have been introduced to Jessie.
Jessie (@jessievbreugel)- thank you for literally writing my bio 😄.

On a serious note, ty for check ins with me on my purpose on Twitter and what my goals are for the coming months.

You've helped me avoid making some amateur mistakes when it comes to personal branding.
