2/ L'impianto post-2008 si basa su corretta individuazione e misurazione rischi presenti nelle banche. Tuttavia in un sistema estremamente complesso come quello finanziario, queste due cose sono praticamente impossibili se non al prezzo di rendere l'attivitĂ bancaria impossibile.
3/ la riprova di questo viene dalle stesse parole di #BCE ed #EBA, i cui vertici sono venuti in parlamento la scorsa settimana a dirci che gli #stresstests 2023 saranno ancora piĂą stringenti, ammettendo loro fallimento nel monitorare alcuni rischi (es. rischio tassi).
