Q. What was the objective of ₹2000 banknotes?
A. The ₹2000 denomination banknotes were introduced in 2016 to address the currency requirement following the withdrawal of ₹500 and ₹1000 banknotes.
Printing of these notes stopped in 2018-19 as the objective was fulfilled.

Eerst de harde cijfers. Er overleden tot nu toe 47.504 mensen volgens het CBS aan #corona. De #oversterfte was in diezelfde periode 46.351 (maart 2020-februari 2023). Hé, dat is al vreemd, meer corona overlijdens dan oversterfte, maar OK, scheelt niet veel.

Just watched all the #NFFC #HTFC #PlayOff highlights on #Quest and wanted to cover the penalties (again). I don’t think the referee was wrong on either occasion but having had several more close looks and taken into account what Colback said post match. (1/n)
I think in each case the decision would go either way 50% of the time leaving one team massively aggrieved no matter what.

While there are lots of problems with FB, Insta & co, Meta's newest project, the metaverse, sound super exciting! Looks like Meta is putting lots of money towards Oculus' #quest to build long-distance-presence solutions.

2. Many of today's issues require coordination on a global scale. Think of the #ClimateCrisis, the #BiodiversityCrisis, overcoming #NeoColonialism and #inequality, et cetera. The Metaverse promises to make such coordination comfortable, natural and effective.

Dopo aver rimosso 4 bulloni hanno agganciato l'antenna ColKa direttamente sulla scocca del modulo e hanno controllato gli ingressi dei connettori che avrebbero agganciato più tardi. [2/11]
All'esterno di Columbus c'è anche la piattaforma Bartolomeo, un supporto che andrà ad ospitare in futuro esperimenti da esporre al vuoto dello spazio. [3/11]

Strumming a few chords or playing a riff through a loud amp usually makes me feel better. It's more of a distraction this time. My amp is a little old. Even a #ragpicker might pass on it. "If you're not going to play it, sell it," Ava nagged. Life always got in the way.

On November 20th 1998 the first #ISS module #Zarya aka #FGB was launched from #Kazakhstan with a #ProtonK rocket. It was built in Russia but funded by @nasa but operated by @roscosmos. Its purpose is cargo storage
1/ For the last 5 years, the #VR builders and entrepreneurs have had to beg people to try their experiences.
2/ They had to lug 20 pounds of equipment to pitch meetings, unpack the computer, the sensors and the headset, set it up and then ask people to put a vizor on their heads.
3/ They had to sell a vision of their product, being built on a technology that was still unproven.
