Seriously. Be kind to yourself. I’ve seen lots of people taking advantage of this time cooped up at home by finding new hobbies and learning new skills - and that’s awesome. 1/3 
But it’s also normal if you’re feeling the pressure of this crazy world right now and don’t feel like you have the capacity to become a novelist, redecorate your home, & teach yourself how to sew all while trying to make sense of everything going on around you. 2/3
