I don’t often speak about myself as an #empath. I know people wonder how I pick up someone else’s thoughts, feelings, next actions. I just usually say I’m good at strategising or “just put the signs together”.
But being #empathetic #HSP takes a toll. It’s stressful picking up and carrying other peoples #feelings and #moods. And being #sensitive is often not seen as a positive trait in our society. So I used to try and hide it.

2. 20hrs22. De près n'a Paroisse Kimbanguiste, fanfare eza kotoka. N'a Terrain, les couples concentration. Masolo. Détente. Curieux, même à 1 mètre, impossible ya ko détecter masolo. Ki songi songi pasieeeeee. On se détend comme on peut. As les voitures quittent mais sans phare.
3. Kin a besoin d'espace verte de loisir calme post work. Mupepe ya bien wa n'a Terrain local ya RTNC. Un silence consensuel. 2 à 2 ohhh maman, elengi ya mbonda. La +part des consommateurs à l'intérieur de véhicules sont alignés sur le mur du Centre de dépistage de Kabinda.
