If a person wants to #improve any quality, they must identify what they want to improve then break it down into an actual behavior that can be measured and evaluated. This is defining a behavior.

My #MentalToughnessTuesday challenge for you is to define one daily behavior or action that will confirm to you that you are in fact focused on improving your most important quality. #AlwaysImproving
Once you have it behaviorally defined it, I want you to write it down and put it somewhere you will see it daily. Doing so will significantly increase confidence and ability and thus lead to even more #mentaltoughness on your part.
Being great isn’t easy, but you can do it.
