How to make homemade wild persimmon liqueur

5. After 2 weeks drain through cheese cloth and strainer into 6 qt pot. Squeeze all liquid by hand into pot
6. For each bottle of alcohol add 1 bottle water and 1 cup simple syrup (.5 cup sugar/.5 cup water). Stir pot well
7. Pour back into bottles.
