- podjąłem się analizy jako challenge mema @dingoromuald, którego komentarz (2 mld PLN EBITDA'23) vs. MCap (ok. 1 mld PLN) wydał mi się na tyle absurdalny, że postanowiłem sam to sprawdzić;
- analiza jest wyrazem mojego własnego postrzegania spraw

Where do we stand today? WB-6 power markets consist almost exclusively of two generation technologies: #lignite and #hydro. The share of either source varies considerably between the countries. 2/12
Finding 1: 90 % of #lignite power plants in the #westernbalkans was put into operation 30 or more years ago. 40 % of the capacities are older than 40 years. The power plant park is in urgent need of #modernisation. 3/12

#CBA2021 amends #Coal Bearing Areas Act, 1957 which currently allows #CentralGovernment to acquire #land only for Govt Companies i.e #CoalIndiaLimited & only for #mining purposes.

Il y a quelques jours, l'Allemagne a arrêté définitivement une unité de production électrique au #lignite (#charbon brun de mauvaise qualité).
Il s'agit de Niederaussem D, une unité de 300 MW.

Niederaussem D était une installation de petite capacité. Pourtant, depuis sa mise en service en 1968, cette unité a brûlé 129 millions de tonnes de lignite pour produire 115 TWh d'électricité.

Elle aura sur sa durée de vie émis environ 115 millions de tonnes de CO2 dans l'atmosphère. A titre de comparaison, c'est environ un quart des émissions domestiques totales françaises annuelles de gaz à effet de serre.

Le #lignite est un #charbon brun hydraté de faible densité énergétique. Il sert principalement à produire de l'électricité, dans des centrales situées à proximité des mines.

La mine de Hambach a une superficie de 44 km2 (soit environ 6300 terrains de foot) et elle fournit 40 millions de tonnes de lignite par an.
