1/2 This is really interesting. #Antiseptic as good as #antibiotics to prevent #urinary infection #UTI. When antibiotics came in we left earlier treatments behind, didn't compare.
2/2 Like potassium permanganate for #gonorrhoea. OK not preferred or first line, but in the age of #AMR we need to know and be ready to use if appropriate. What do science studies people make of this?
