В чаті україських пухнастих я почав спілкуватися на початку 2011, це був IRC-канал #furry.ua в мережі RusNet. Тоді я збирався вперше в житті відвідати фуркон, це був українська UMF, тому зайшов до чату, щоб більше взнати народ.
В IRC намагався спілкуватися з 2005 року, але в публічних фурячих чатах переважали росіяни та зазвичай було багато цинізму, тролінгу та все зводилось до алкопопийок. В українському чаті цього будо менше, хоча він був і не дуже живий, зміг в ньому залишитися більше пари тижнів.
