#SB43 was just introduced in #Arkansas. It redefines who is considered a #dragperformer regardless of age, with the purpose of sexualizing and criminalizing anyone who exhibits a gender different than that assigned at birth. (1/3) 
Under #SB43 in #Arkansas If you sing, lip-sync, dance or perform in front of 2 or more people in public property while wearing clothes, make up or other accessories that don't match your gender assigned at birth you will be considered a drag performer.
