It is as important as having your own name. Sadly, we live in a world where we all want to be seen, heard and known, nevertheless we must learn to keep our lives private. It is called private life for a reason because it isn't expected to be public.
Once you make your life public, you lose your right to be upset about public opinion, trolls, and the likes when they come after you. People will only become aware of what you give them access to.

Well, I like to tell you to learn to celebrate your progress. Everyday you are making progress no matter how little and you must be comfortable to celebrate your progress.
First, nobody knows how much effort, dedication, discipline, diligence and consistency you put into you hence they may not celebrate it, that is why you must be the one to celebrate your progress.

Appreciate what others have done for us to be where we are. Selflessness or Selfishness are roads we can follow. One is paved by kindness and care, the other by disdain and pride. Choose wisely. Sometimes people don't care about u, they only care about meeting their needs from u.
Having someone who truly cares for you without wanting anything in return, is a true blessing. It's during the worst times of your life that you'll get to see the true colors of the people who say they care about you. People will always respond to care.

Diane, relationship is not for the weak hence if you don't have the energy for its demands then don't even start. Unfortunately some people have started and are in it already but now they are beginning to see things are not working but they simply can't tell themselves the truth.
Truth is truth, ageless and timeless, it really does not give a care who gets hurt. Truth hurts but hurts heal with time that is why it is always important you tell yourself the truth about your relationship, stop putting bandage on what requires surgery.

Diane, it is funny how the same thing people desire and crave, they also kill and watch it die while they stand aside doing nothing. You cannot imagine how ironic that is, that what you want the most is what you pay attention to the least.
I realise that people want fairytale lifestyle with love, romance and relationship, yet they forget that even fairytale story are thought through and actually written down. There is nothing that works like work, so there is the work required for intimacy to become the norm.

They are giving away their time, energy, resources, money, all and more through service. They plant trees in whose shades they may never sit under because they realise a life well lived is lived in the service of others.

Sam, are you really tired? This seem like a no brainer question but it is really important. You think you are tired but it will amaze you how you can find a way to become comfortable with your own discomfort.
When you begin to make adjustments to what you don't want, then I like to ask are you really tired? When you get tired of being sick and tired, some things begin to change for good.

Believe it or not, everyone at one point in their lives will have to call for help. So think it not strange when you have to be that one who calls for help, it is only a phase in life and it will also pass.

Sam, sometimes we punish ourselves unnecessarily with the hope it will help us earn forgiveness. Sadly, we were raised to earn things, so we also have this mentality that we must earn forgiveness.
It will amaze you to realise that forgiveness is never earned but it is only received. To earn something means you worked hard to deserve it, but interestingly and respectfully so, forgiveness is not one of such things you earn.

Sam, you are either selling or you are being sold. Now, you may argue with this but this is the reality: everyone is selling something. It can be a product or a service but we are all selling. In fact, those who sell more become wealthy and those who can't sell remain broke.
"The rich and the poor, the Lord made them both," not "the Lord made them so". Therefore, sometimes your being rich or poor can come down to your ability to sell.
