The reason so much orange juice is consumed today is thanks to the research of Linda Brewster, who used a debittering enzyme to reduce the bitterness of Limonin in all citrus juices. Without this, the shelf life of orange juice is very short.
Though few have had time interacting with them, there is a general society driven mentality that chickens are dumb, this makes things easier on us when they’re on our menu. But, it doesn’t take long to realize that #chickens are actually quite intelligent.

2/ Several years ago, it was a big deal when none of the top 10 #restaurant chains in the US were full-service. This reflected the ongoing strength of #fastfood and #fastcasual.
With 2020's results, none of the top 20 restaurant chains are full service.

After over half of their chickens froze to death during a sudden cold snap in eastern China, this was the moment a farmer kneeled to pray.
A female farmer was spotted kneeling and praying in from a hennery in the video filmed on December 29, from which the roof was blown inside out by strong wind. The wind and snow froze a large number of chicks to death.
The farmer's son and also the farm owner Mr Ma said in the video that: "It could be hard to anything but it’s okay to start all over again.” He added that his mother could get very depressed about the loss. The hennery was just built for over a month and raised 16,000 chickens.
