So what was her breaking point? Or is she just trying to dodge contempt charges, for losing all those little children and failing to meet the court’s deadline to reunite them?
My super space #beans is that WH will move Betsy De Vos into this role, bc her radical Christian orphanage trafficked a lot of these kids out into the atmosphere, and no one else wants to take the hit.

OK. Goin mad space #beans here. The company is owned by a country. But to do business in the USA legally (at least) company has to submit to US jurisdiction. So correct that sovereign immunity should have failed.

2/ The question now becomes, with Corsi refusing his plea deal (which may or may not be true: he could go full Nunberg and cave), and the recent leaked draft of charges against him, Stone, and Assange; will they all be indicted together or separately. And of course, when?...
3/ I assume there will either be indictments very soon, or if Whitaker blocks them, Mueller could spell it all out in the upcoming Manafort sentencing document. Let’s recap all the clues that Manafort will now be charged with stuff he hasn’t been charged with yet...
1/ What did we learn today? We learned that mueller has evidence that Stone, who was communicating with Trump, asked Corsi to ask WikiLeaks what they had. We also know Corsi sent Malloch (@peterjukes and I were just talking about him) to find out what Wiki fotnfrom GRU.
2/ Then we learned that a week later, Corsi told Stone Wiki had dirt on HRC that they were releasing in October 2016. So we have a direct link between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin, and Mueller has proof. (He wouldn’t ask without it)
3/ Then we learned Manafort’s plea agreement blew up because he was feeding intel from the Mueller investigation to Trump. We were wondering why Manafort didn’t signal his plea agreement by ending his Joint Defense Agreement. This is why. Seems like obstruction.

2/ As we know from the sleuthing, this is NOT the Andrew Miller case where he held himself in contempt as @JoyceWhiteVance explained so he could appeal the constitutionality of the Mueller probe. @joshgerstein just appeared on @maddow and gave a timeline that jogged my memory...
3/ He said back in September and October, this mystery person appears to have refused a subpoena (by evoking some sort of privilege for example), then appealed to the DC court, who told him he’d have to be held in contempt, which he seems to have done recently...
