At inaugural meeting of new Integrated Care Board (ICB), I raised concerns about integration w private sector, referencing analysis published in Lancet that outsourcing health care services to private sector had increased treatment mortality. #Bath

I stressed that the priority of private companies is to make a profit and that Integrated Care Systems (ICS) are a scheme that incentivise reduced care, referencing Panorama’s documentary about Operose Health exposing use of cheaper less qualified staff.

It's increasingly apparent that some staff at my CLP'S regional office are ignoring and bypassing the officers democratically elected by our membership and instead briefing and prioritising communications with *non elected members*.
It's increasingly apparent that some staff at my CLP'S regional office are ignoring and bypassing the officers democratically elected by our membership and instead briefing and prioritising communications with *non elected members*.
I've had a guts full of this factional authoritarianism being falsely branded as ‘unity’. I want transparent democracy!
Members must be able to trust that staff employed (paid with our subs) support membership democracy and fair transparent processes, *not unelected factions*.

La existencia de estos baños árabes del siglo XII, en época del califa Abu Yacub (1163-1184) eran bien conocidos y no puede hablarse de ningún descubrimiento en el año 2021!, más bien de un redescubrimiento y puesta en valor de sus pequeños grandes detalles!
Situado en el actual Bar Giralda (c/Mateos Gago), el baño de "García Jofre" que ya recogen las fuentes del s.XIII, se conocía que conservaba dos salas: una de ellas de planta cuadrangular cubierta con bóveda esquifada de ocho paños sostenida por trompas aristadas sobre 4 columnas

@DowntonAbbey #DowntonAbbey's land was granted to the Church in 749 and held by it for 800 years. A bishop's home (a palace, really) was built in the 1300s. The land was taken from the church in 1551 during the #ProtestantReformation and it’s been owned by several families since.

@DowntonAbbey The bishop’s palace at the site of #DowntonAbbey was rebuilt in 1679 as a #brick manor house (the drawing below). Some of the brick can still be seen at the building’s rear. In the 1700s, formal gardens and paths were built.
