Quran Majeed me Farmaya:
وَ مَنْ اَحْسَنُ قَوْلًا مِّمَّنْ دَعَاۤ اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا وَّ قَالَ اِنَّنِیْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِیْنَ(۳۳)
Aur oos se achchi kis ki baat jo Allah ki taraf bulaye aur neyk kaam karey aur

Just in | Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (#MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Sunday said that the MNS does not want riots in Maharashtra or elsewhere in the country. "We have no wish to disrupt the peace in Maharashtra or anywhere else", Mr. Thackeray said, reports @ShoumojitB
"But the Muslim community need to think of playing the #Azaan over loudspeakers keeping humanitarian considerations in mind. If they insist on playing it over loudspeakers, then they will have to listen to 'aaratis' being similarly played five times a day", Mr. Thackeray said
"The issue of loudspeakers is not a religious one, but a social problem. The matter of the Azaan being played over loudspeakers is troubling not just to Hindus, but also to many Muslims and other people," Mr. Thackeray said in Pune.
I stay in Goregaon east, i work for 15/16 hours a day many times we do a night shift and i return back home at 4/5 am and sleep. Just then there is this loud #azaan coming from a near by mosque ( Pathanwadi ) that is so loud that many times have to close my window.
This happens throughout the day, everyday. There are days when i wont mind it, but this everyday occurrence is extremely annoying even on normal days, forget the days when im sleep and rest deprived. Can someone please tell me when this is going to stop!?
This is not a political post but a personal experience i want to share. @ksinamdar stays in my society and he has been staying here for long maybe he can elaborate more. Has there been any complaint? Has any action been taken?

Holding that recital of Azaan is an integral part of the Islamic religion, the Court directed the administration to refrain from causing any hindrance under the pretext of COVID-19 guideline violations.

Azan may be an essential and integral part of Islam but recitation of Azan through loud speakers or other sound amplifying devices cannot be said to be an integral part of the religion.
