Telangana High Court on Wednesday emphasised that the "medical emergency" of the COVID-19 pandemic cannot be cited as an excuse to violate the right to life and health under Article 21 of the Constitution #Telengana #coronavirus #COVIDー19
The observation was made in response to the State's submissions that during a medical emergency or a war emergency, anything can be done by the State, including the restriction of the right to health under Article 21.
