The analysis finding 39,722 did not move at all was based on the 153,000 potential purge list given to us in June. The list, while now down to 129,000 is, according to our experts, still about 25% non-movers based on analysis of the prior list reduction.

We found 39,722 Wisconsin voters who supposedly moved, had in fact not moved, a minimum 25.8% error rate.
A further 58,404 or 38% who had moved, had only done so within their county.
