Zuerst meine Gesamteinschätzung zur #Digitalstrategie, dann gehts in ein paar Details.
1) Digitalisierung ist dem Kanzler egal, das merkt man auch an dieser Strategie u an ihrer Vorstellung. Das ist ein echtes Problem, denn er hätte Richtlinienkompetenz (also theoretisch) /2

Der #Digitalstrategie fehlt die gemeinwohlorientierte Vision, daran ändern auch kleine Prosamärchen nichts. Sie riecht zuviel nach Wirtschaft, deshalb ist Open Data drin, (="digitale Wertschöpfung"), aber weil Open Government als Vision fehlt, fehlt auch das #Transparenzgesetz./3

what about calling for a national summit, of decision & policy makers in the North; traditional institutions, religious leaders, politicians, bureaucrats, academicians & all stakeholders. You, as an Emir flag off a campaign against Almajiri menace & other social vices,
use the power you have & local influence to start a fundraising campaign, donate just what you ll use to buy expensive gowns & cars for one year, mobilize the Alikos & everyone to donate into a NORTHERN POCKET SCHEME & use it to kill several beds with one stone. For instance,
Yesterday the @DeltaCouncil voted to prioritize a levee investment strategy that prioritizes water exports over protecting human life with the promise of re-evaluating the plan later on. This is not good enough!
Around 50% of the residents in North Delta Legacy towns are people of color; the poverty rate reaches up to 30% in some places. This is a significant environmental justice community.
Environmental justice communities do not recover from flood. We have a similar problem in Stockton where the Army Corps of Engineers has underfunded levee upgrades that are needed in South Stockton where there is a large population (different planning track).
