بعد چهارتا تخم مرغ رو خوب هم بزنید بهش ۲۰۰ میلی لیتر شیر کامل اضافه کنید و بعد ۲۰۰ گرم آرد و یه نیشگون نمک . بعد از اینکه قالب داغ داغ شد بیاریدش بیرون و مخلوط رو تا کمتر از لبه هر قسمت قالب پر کنید اما لفتش ندین قالب رو برگردانید تو فر بعد ۲۰ تا ۲۵ دقیقه نونهای خوشگل آماده هستن
جیمی اولیور میگه اول بزارید فر داغ بشه بعد یک ربع قالب رو داخل فر بگذارید داغ بشه به نظرم از اول هم میشه قالب رو گذاشت تو فر !
