2. Also , most of our stats are trending down. In the 2nd half against Houston we let them shoot 50% from the field, including from 3s. And they had nobody above 6'8" but still out rebounded and out hustled us. Objectively, if we're honest.3
Also, metrics are statistics and damn them. Are starting center can't sleepwalk through most of the game, get trash points and be our high scorer and feel good about that, and having the only positive plus/minus for our team yesterday. He's rebounding less
Quick personal note: It's hard to put into words how devastated the #UVA staff is at this moment. Can't say enough good things about the work of the people like SIDs Jim Daves, Scott Fitzgerald and Erich Bacher, among others, and university spokesman Brian Coy, during this time.
Every reporter, photographer and UVA staffer you see at a press briefing or any other spot working would rather be taking a mental health day. But information matters. Coverage matters. It's how people know to shelter in place. It's how vigils come together & GoFundMe's reach out
In the end, coverage and information will be how people can feel safe again. And most importantly, it's how people can make sure Devin Chandler, Lavel Davis and D'Sean Perry are remembered for the unique spirts they were.

Los Depósitos con opción de cancelación anticipada en #UVA, a diferencia del #PlazoFijoUVA de 90 días, se pueden precancelar a partir de los 30 días con el cobro proporcional equivalente al 70% de la tasa de #LELIQ que quedará fija al momento de realizar la operación.
Los bancos deberán ofrecer esta nueva herramienta desde el 1 de febrero y la tasa de precancelación se publicará en las principales variables de nuestro sitio web.

Desde que se lanzaron los UVA, la tasa paso de 3,5% a 8,5%. Por lo tanto el porcentaje que van amortizando al principio es muy mínimo. Además el saldo adeudado se actualiza por inflacion
En definitiva, se dio la peor combinación de todas: un salto inflacionario excepcional, con salarios muy por debajo al principio de los créditos. El saldo es muy grande y crece exponencialmente y es muy difícil el repago.
Con la disparada del dolar y la inflación, arranca la bomba de los #UVA. Arranco Hilo: Crédito de US$ 80.000 bajo modalidad UVA acordado en abril '16 en el Banco Nación (BNA), 30 años, tasa 3,5%. Cuota pasó de $8.613 abril '18 a $ 9.543 ago '18.
Incremento de $930 en la cuota, 10,8%. Si la comparación es respecto a cuota inicial en abril '16 ($5.353), el aumento es de $4.191 adicionales, 78,41% más.
Capital adeudado bajo esta modalidad también se actualiza. Entre abril '18 y agosto '18 aumentó $184.121 (pasó de $1.843.293 a $2.027.806), equivale a variación de 10%. No hay atrasos en los pagos, es decir, tomador del crédito cumple con pagos mensuales.
