Fue un honor y un gusto acompañar al rector general de @lauammx, Dr. José Antonio Reyes, a presentar el proyecto “Alimentación Universitaria Sustentable: de la milpa a la mesa” parte de la Red AliSa, dentro del cual se plantea una colaboración virtuosa entre @Conahcyt_Mex y #UAM. 
La esencia de la Red de Alimentación Saludable (Red AliSa) es promover organización comunitaria, fortalecer a las comunidades para que puedan, no solamente vender sus granos, sino transformarlos en alimentos, y el valor que adquieren se quede en las familias y sus comunidades.
Y con ello, además de seguir consumiendo sus propios productos agroecológicos de alta calidad nutricional y que no dañan el ambiente, poder complementar su economía y seguir reproduciendo su modo campesino, fortaleciendo las comunidades.
