If you currently have four setups, we will need to ensure that they have been backtested and forward tested over a large enough set of historical data to prove that your setups have an edge.

Today I received a DM from a trader who wants to have a phone conversation, I thought this is just like any other msg ppl usually send, still went ahead and had a call with this relatively lesser known trader, but I was mind blown after the call.

HTF or Powerplay requires 100% in 8 weeks. What I have found in Indian markets is that, flag like muted selling happens around a 75% mark itself and if we are looking for a 100% move, we might even end up missing it. I use a 75% in 6 weeks condition to filter.

What do I look for in a flag. I look for low volume selling with a not so deep price correction. What is deep is debatable. For me 100% move I agree for 20%, If its 75%, I agree for a 15% correction and so on.
