మొట్టమొదటగా సమగ్ర భూరికార్డులు నిజాం హయంలో ~ 1934 నుంచి ~ 1946 వరకు సేత్వార్ రికార్డును రూపొందించారు. ఇందులో ప్రతి సర్వే నెంబర్, పటం, భూమి వివరాలు ఉండేవి. తరువాత 1953 లో సేటిల్మెంట్ రికార్డు/Kasra తయారు చేసి ప్రతి సర్వే నెంబర్లో కుటుంబ సభ్యుల వాటాలు/వివరాలు నమోదు చేశారు. 2/25
సేత్వార్ ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేటు భూముల రికార్డులకు ప్రామాణికం, అలాగే సేటిల్మెంట్ రికార్డుకు కూడా అంతే విలువ ఉంది. మొదట సేటిల్మెంట్ రికార్డు చాలా పద్దతిగా , ఒక్కొక్కరి పేరు ఒక్కో కాలమ్ లో నమోదు చేశారు దీని వల్ల typo తప్పిదాలు జరగలేదు. పైగా ఇందులో బై నంబర్లు లేవు. 3/25
