आज महिलाएं किसी भी क्षेत्र में पीछे नहीं हैं। अगर देश की नारी शक्ति ठान ले तो घर के अपने कमरे से ही अपनी यात्रा शुरू कर सकती है। इसी खेती की वजह से मुझे सम्मान मिला। मैं सरपंच बनी। मेरे लिए खुशी की बात है कि अपने जैसी कई महिलाओं को ट्रेनिंग देने का अवसर भी मिल रहा है।

आज मुंगेर की महिलाएं पूरे देश के सामने एक मिसाल पेश कर रही हैं। घर में खेती से लेकर उपज को हाट में बेचने तक सारा जिम्मा खुद अपने कंधों पर उठाती हैं। इसलिए मैं देश की सभी महिलाओं से यही कहूंगी - बाहर निकलिए, खुद काम कीजिए और तब देखिए कितना अच्छा लगता है।

मैं जिस जगह पे रहती थी, वहां हर तरफ गंदगी ही गंदगी थी। लेकिन दृढ़ विश्वास था कि स्वच्छता के जरिए हम इस स्थिति को बदल सकते हैं।
लोगों को समझाने का फैसला किया। शौचालय बनाने के लिए घूम-घूमकर एक-एक पैसा इकट्ठा किया।
आखिरकार सफलता हाथ लगी।

एक समय अनीता जी का परिवार आर्थिक तंगियों से गुजर रहा था तभी उनको भारत सरकार की #PMEGP स्कीम के बारे में पता चला।अपने हौसले में विश्वास रखते हुए अनीता जी ने इस स्कीम के तहत 23.63 लाख का लोन लेकर खाखरा बनाने की फैक्ट्री शुरू की।अनीता जी की मेहनत रंग लायी और वर्तमान में ये
अपनी कम्पनी M/s Kanidha Mahila Gruh Udhyog के जरिए 16 अलग-अगल स्वादों में खाखरा बनाती हैं। 75 लाख की टर्न ओवर वाली इनकी कंपनी में फिलहाल 19 महिलाओं समेत 21 लोगों को रोजगार मिला हुआ है। मैं अनीता जी के जज्बे को सलाम करने के साथ ही सफल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएं प्रेषित करता हूं।

इस युनिट में वो दीपावली जैसे त्योहारों पर प्रयोग में लाए जाने वाले मिट्टी और टेरा कोट्टा के सजावटी दीयों को बनाती हैं। विभिन्न प्रकार के दीयों के साथ ही वो तरह-तरह की पूजा की थाली और कलश जैसे दर्जनभर उत्पादों का निर्माण करती हैं।
इन दीयों पर की गई विभिन्न प्रकार की रंग-बिरंगी कलाकारी इनको खास बनाती है। आज इनके उत्पाद लंदन जैसे शहरों में भी निर्यात किए जा रहे हैं। अपने इस उद्योग के जरिए कोकिला जी ने 15 अन्य महिलाओं को भी रोजगार दिया है। कोकिला जी को प्रगति और समृद्धि की शुभकामनाएं।

इस अवसर को पहचानते हुए विजया जी ने बंजारा समुदाय की महिलाओं के द्वारा की गई कढ़ाई-बुनाई को बाजार में लाने की शुरुआत की। धीरे-धीरे बाजार में मांग को देखते हुए इन्होने स्वयं सहायता ग्रुप के जरिए जिले के अन्य महिलाओं को भी जोड़ा और आज लगभग 1000 महिलाएं इनके साथ जुड़कर काम कर रही हैं
विजया जी के इस पहल से बंजारा समुदाय की महिलाओं का सशक्तिकरण तो हो ही रहा है साथ में बंजारों की संस्कृति और कला से जुड़ी कढ़ाई-बुनाई को नया आयाम मिल रहा है।
